Measuring sugar and alcohol concentrations

Liquid density is the traditional method for measuring the concentration of sugar and alcohol in water. Sugar can be expressed in either Brix or Plato units. Ethanol concentration can be expressed as volume % or weight %.

DEVIL, the sensor to measure the density of a liquid allows you to easily to calculate the alcohol concentration or the brix value of a liquid. The sensors are suitable for installation inline or at line into a volume stream. It is ready made to be integrated in existing measurement and monitoring loops.
